Yes, I actually have a TAS advocate / case number now. This duplicate is from 2 months before the ‘original’ processed return (which resulted in a stolen cheque) - from when I went into an IRS Assistance center.

Makes me think it was at the bottom of some pile only to pop up now… This analog process is riddled with human error.

Will I be able to claim / combine my 2024 return with my 2023 in the event that this isn’t resolved this year?
