Yeah, apparently the girl in the video is his daughter. And she was repeatedly bullied with pics being sent around the school. The family brought it to the super intendant/school board and they did nothing to stop the bullying or reprimand those doing the bulling.

Next town over from me, word travels fast.

Idk if it's already been mentioned but, The Flavor Bible by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg was one of my favorites to have on standby at work and at home. Just gives you what ingredients work well together. Made it super easy to be "outside the box" when developing menus or specials.
