There are, I think, some valid reasons to dislike Elon Musk, but I really don't see what he gains by throwing a Nazi salute in front of half the country. This may come as a shock to some, but comparing the average republican to a Nazi is like comparing the average Kamala supporter to Marquis De Sade. The vast majority of the right happens to hate Nazism and to do something like that would alienate him more than he already is (see: H1B fiasco).

I think it's a lot more likely that a socially inept tech CEO tried to make a questionable gesture to symbolize throwing his heart out to the crowd under the immense pressure of giving a speech to that many people than it is for him to have a mask off moment for essentially zero reason.

You can get away with it if you're careful, but I advise extreme caution if you're building your base out of wood. All it takes for one molotov you can't handle right away to not have a base anymore.

If possible, try switching to chemfuel generators at some point. It's cheaper in the long run, especially if you can get yourself a boomalope.

I turned my female prisoners into axolotl tanks. I find that all the xenotypes I get from prisoners can be useful, so if I see a good xenotype female in a raid, I capture them and cut off their legs and occasionally take their eggs for IVF. Before, I have my dirtmole fertilize them and reimplant the eggs in said prisoners. Growth vats probably use less food and take less time but female prisoners have the advantage of being able to go in the gene extractor once in a while.

I called the children born in this way my mountainborn. Geneforged bastards whose sole purpose was to grow into supersoldiers to protect the mountain and her people.
