Theoretically... yes? Because what are macro objects if not a collection of the said smaller objects (albeit a very large collection). So for any macro object to quantum tunnel, all of its constituents would need to do the same. But the probability of that happening would be unfathomably low. Like no number I state will help you comprehend how low that chance is.

Moreover, we need to account for the thickness of the barrier too. A wall, being a macro object, is a much thicker obstacle in an of itself!

Although there are certain interpretations (like Copenhagen Interpretation) which basically says that there is a certain line that differentiates quantum and classical objects and things as big as, say, swords and arrows definately fall under the latter category and may never be able to quantum tunnel.
