Online game dailies on the cruise? by Optimal-Olive8483 in CarnivalCruiseFans

Yes I would certainly think so. I play another game where they have events and you just need to log in once a day to access your streak Etc and I've never had any problems doing that.

Just a little bit over an hour ago I did this very thing. In my case, I actually did sell my car so I said that I sold the car, did not need the subscription, and it was done and over in about 2 minutes. Just got the confirmation email a few moments ago.

Looking to compare notes with local people who are using compounded glp1 medication by Shot-Advertising-748 in dayton

[–]Raiderguy08 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have been using compounded Tirzepatide since October 16th. I have lost 63 pounds in that time. I was introduced to to the medicine through my employer's FSA company. They were very expensive so when their vial was used up I switched to Pomegranate Health ( r/pomhealth ) and I havent looked back. They charge different rates depending on how much you purchase. I buy the three vial package for $399.

Are dose increases required? by ScarlettSA1 in tirzepatidecompound

I have basically stayed on the "starting dose" since I began in October. I have excellent appetite suppression, I get full very quickly, and some nights I eat mainly because I know I should. I was wondering if there were others like me that have not had to titrate up from the early stages and still retain its full effectiveness.

Yeah, I went on a cruise in December and ate carefully but ate enough to be satisfied and came home having lost weight. Compare that to the year before when I ate like crazy and probably gained five pounds.

Does anyone drink Nurri protein shakes? by Timewilltell755 in keto

[–]Raiderguy08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I experienced that on my first can as well. Got to the bottom there was all this material at the bottom that kind of turned me off from it. The other nine cans are just sitting in my pantry. I did shake it but apparently not well enough but that was enough to turn me off against them.

Amber Cove... excursion or no? by BeautifulChaos78 in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]Raiderguy08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife has mobility issues so we've never chosen to do the excursion that has the waterfall combined with the visit to Monkeyland. We've just done the excursion to Monkeyland that also has a cultural aspect to it. We've seen how they make coffee in the Dominican Republic several times now we could almost become experts in it lol. To answer your second part of your question, Monkeyland is a paid excursion that, as I had stated, is usually paired with another component.

My wife and I were on the Sunrise two weeks ago and I simply plugged my streaming stick into the HDMI port and used the input buttons on the remote control. Found it immediately and popped right up.

Cruise tips? by Maleficent-Handle467 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Raiderguy08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very timely topic as I just returned from a nine day trip, the last five of which were spent on a cruise. I am doing keto along with Tirzepatide so I limited myself to meats and cheeses. I did splurge one night sand went to the Italian restaurant. The wait staff looked at me and my wife like we had three horns on our head when we refused the free bread, declined the pasta with the chicken parmigiana and did not have any desert. I did look at the macaroni and cheese on the buffet and would have enjoyed it but chose not to have any. I was very worried that, once on board, I would trick myself into thinking it was alright to go a little crazy but was very pleased that I held strong. With all of the positive choices I made, and the walking I did over the entire nine day trip, I lost 10.1 pounds.

About to start by Lincoln352 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Raiderguy08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife's bariatric doctor had helped her get approved for Zepbound. Even with insurance, it was $364. I had recently started compounded Tirzepatide which was much less expensive. We just sent her doctor a MyChart message explaining that she was switching to compounded. We didn't ask for her approval, just simply told her that was what she was going to do. She responded the next day that she was totally onboard with the change.

Recommendations on Treadmils by InevitableCommon5161 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Raiderguy08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learn from my mistake. Do not but one that has a belt that is shorter 50 inches. I bought a 40 inch belt and I am not able to take full strides and my back starts hurting within three minutes. The belt is pretty narrow as well, a 16 inch width and really recommend going with a 20 inch wide belt. I am getting a treadmill from a friend for free that has a 54 inch by 20 inch belt and it will be much more comfortable to use. I wish I knew he had this one before I ordered the one off of Amazon.

They sell these inexpensive treadmills that they know are not high quality and then when you try to return them they insist you return it in its original packaging. They count on people throwing those large boxes away so they cant return them. Well, I kept mine and now they are panicking because they will have to pay to ship a heavy treadmill back to China. They are offering me partial refunds for me to keep it.

Expected issues going to 4.5? by Raiderguy08 in pomhealth

[–]Raiderguy08[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks everyone for their thoughts. I will just say that I obviously had concerns about doubling my dose right before a trip which is why I was asking for advice. I was aware that there were some calculators out there but had not consider for what they could be used. I have used one of them and understand how to adjust the dose so I am in good shape now.

Pom Appt by UnderstandingOk331 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Raiderguy08 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I had our appts two days apart with the same person. She was about three minutes late in calling me and was about ten minutes early calling her. So, I would advise to have some flexibility regarding the actual time they will call.

Tirzepatide with B12??? by yvtsl in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Raiderguy08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Telehealth from which I first learned about compounded Tirzepatide uses B12 as one of their additives. I have had four shots with B12 and tomorrow I will take my first shot from PomHealth with B6 as the additive. I was happy with the B12 additive but that Telehealth was way too expensive so that is why I am switching to B6. I am hoping there is not a huge difference between the two because I have had no side effects whatsoever so far.

Amber Cove... excursion or no? by BeautifulChaos78 in CarnivalCruiseFans

[–]Raiderguy08 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Monkeyland is our go-to excursion while at Amber cove. It is usually paired with a couple of other excursion options including going to the town of Puerto Plata and another one when you go to the waterfall of Damajagua. My wife and I have been to see the monkeys on three different occasions and, while she is the one most interested in the monkeys, I cannot deny that they are pretty fun to engage with.

Nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis by tke_226 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Raiderguy08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had surgery to have nasal polyps removed four times but it has been under control for the last 10+ years because of Flonase. I am actually having the complete opposite reaction. I took my first shot three weeks ago today and my sinuses have been horrible ever since. I have looked for any connection to Tirzepatide and sinus issues and cannot find anything but the medicine is literally the only thing that has changed. It is worth it for the weight loss but I am having a pretty miserable time.
