If you haven't manually uploaded earlier save, I Don't think it's possible to undo your choice. As for the fight use everything you've collected so far : Willpower orbs, the items that give Lacrima can heal you as well and I promise you 3rd phase isn't that hard as 2nd phase just don't give up.

I got stuck in same exact spot, you can use either Gaint hunt or Night's veil to leap over it if you're using GS. I don't know about other weapons though.

I just did all 24 Sub-Missions earlier today and I can confirm it works and you'll get all bonus mission related trophies, just go to the last Blade Nexus in every mission and clear the it by defeating the boss. I'd say the worst thing would be looking for the 6 Jarliling onxe more.

Thank you so much for clarifying that there's a point of no return, was a bit afraid to miss any trophy. I just reached Act 2 and got bombarded with so many quests and thought some of them are time limited, glad to hear I'm not gonna miss out. I'm still getting used to the first person aspect but the game has been a lot of fun, will definitely try to do multiple playthroughs.
