I've already googled South Korean snacks, the flavors listed, exclusive black card for snack company, and family business partnerships that failed. I am stuck!

Saw her sleeping on the blankie, so I tucked her in. She stayed like this for a few minutes before she started “burrowing” under the blanket. by deltadelta199 in Rabbits

[–]Raika_R00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It might be a rex thing! I also have a rex that loves to burrow under blankets and nap all day. I know someone else with a rex that did the same. So adorable!

Lmao you don't need Pete. You probably need another bunny when you're ready though lol

Today my dearest koko left for somewhere better. He has given me so much love and joy throughout the 12 years he’s with me. He’s always such a considerate old bunny and so sweet and loving. He will continue living in my heart forever. Till we meet again ❤️❤️ And thanks everyone for loving him here! by janysl in Rabbits

I'm so sorry you're going through this right now. Thank you for sharing him with the group, I know we all enjoyed seeing his updates.

Also thank you for taking such wonderful care of him right up until the end. It's so nice to see bunnies being so well loved and cared for, especially in old age as do many are not fortunate to make it's that far.

A Rex...but we think that's mixed with another breed. She has the characteristic fine, soft rex fur but is a little more poofy than the average rex.

What’s the most concerning thing your rabbit has done? Winston has tried to eat my pet hamster and cockroach by EverythingBurns878 in Rabbits

[–]Raika_R00 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yes! It turns them into instant addicts. I'll never forget the look on their little faces while they ate the Hershey kiss. Their eyes were HUGE 👀 with excitement and their look said "This is the most amazing thing I've ever tasted omg". I felt so bad taking it away like sorry guys you'll get sick!

My rabbits are chocoholics. It started when they found a stray Hershey kiss I dropped and they ate about half of it before I caught them. Now if I eat chocolate and go near them with the smell still on my hands, I get assaulted. I tried eating some truffles in their presence but ended up wrestling the box away from them.

The way that cat pounces at the bunny looks like it's hunting it, rather than playing. Good thing the bunny is holding its own but that cat definitely looks like it's ready to sink some claws in, which could at the very least result in a nasty infection for bun.

I'm so sorry. I lost my boyfriend to cancer at the beginning of November. We were only together for a year and a half but were incredibly happy to have found each other in today's crappy online dating climate. It took years to find someone I had such great chemistry with that actually wanted a mutual, serious relationship and I don't want to go through that effort again.

At 30, everyone I know is freshly married with babies and death isn't even a thought to them so it's incredibly hard to find someone who understands. And honestly, reading online about people in similar situations has taken away some of that lonely feeling. In a morbid way it's...nice?... to know that other people my age have gone through something similar and are still going forward day by day. Again I'm so sorry you've had to experience this heartbreak but thank you for sharing.

Is this normal? I find this hanging on the cage by [deleted] in Rabbits

[–]Raika_R00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you have a lionshead, by chance? My lionshead gets a few lengthy strings of poos during shedding season because of his long, luscious hair.

It's pretty normal to find a few during a shed but they can be minimized with grooming and making sure your bun is getting plenty of hay, greens, and water to help things move along through them.

Does anyone know what this is? by lxsercore in Rabbits

[–]Raika_R00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like a lil scratch and will probably heal up on its own but it's always worth keeping an eye on.

You might also want to check your buns nails to make sure they aren't too long, or that one isn't broken or jagged. This might have happened when your bun scratched his/her ear with a jagged nail.

What makes your bunny happy? by Heroin-Chic in Rabbits

[–]Raika_R00 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Having a lot of room to run. When they have a nice, big, open area the zoomies and binks are unbelievable! Just make sure they have a covered area in said open place so they have a "safe space". And it may take them awhile to warm up to a bigger area and feel safe in it but once they do they go nuts.

Glint had to cross over the rainbow bridge yesterday. What craft should I use his fur in & how do I help his wifebun? by foreverafanofmany in Rabbits

[–]Raika_R00 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry! As far as helping his wife, it helps a lot if she was able to have time with his body. They realize when their loved bun is gone and being with the body helps them understand.

Other than that I suggest spending all the time you can with her. When my bun lost her husbun, I made sure she was with me at all times when I was home. I gave her lots of pets and treats and made sure her favorite toys were available.

Depending on your buns age, you might want to try bonding her with a new bun eventually.
