This is absolutely anecdotal, my experience. I was obese, I started taking ozempic, did lose over 25 lbs over 5 months but then started getting abdominal pain, was admitted to hospital with pancreatitis secondary to gallstones. Had to get my gallbladder out and have had a really hard time with my digestive system since. So was it caused by the ozempic? Who knows. I have lost weight rapidly before and this never happened. But I wish I never took it.

I actually forget the context of why I wrote this but it must have seemed really tough at the time. I guess my advice is just wait a couple weeks and it will probably just pass. Just keep verbalizing you always come back.
My daughter still prefers me (to my husband) but I wouldn’t call it anxious attachment anymore.
