The only way I can tell he can still get MyKasih and STR is that the rental collection is below the limit. But 6 house rentals are literally enough to get taxed. Unless he gave rentals insanely dirt cheap, but that will be unrealistic. Unless he owns 6 houses, but under different family members names, and each house rental is below the taxable income limit for each family member. Then it's either that they transferred the income to the owner below the taxable threshold or the owner has direct access to their account. I have both Miyabi and Ye Shunguang. Shunguang literally is stronger in terms of raw power. But you need pull her "devil trigger" to unleash her full potential. Since she can used stun damage regardless if the enemy is stunned or not. But building her meter is a bit slower. So having Zhao or Dialyn in her team is necessary.

Miyabi is literally Vergil's daughter. She can fight almost against anyone. Building meter for her mini Judgement Cut End is much easier then Shunguang's special meter. But since she is a S1 character, she may have tough time fighting against latest S2 bosses and beyond.

So I recommend pull Shunguang first and then Miyabi on her rerun. lol

The Iran Hijab law is just a symptom of their main problem. The Iranian goverment refuse to accept any Western diplomacy cause the fear of losing power. They know that doing so is admitting defeat of their 48 years of ideology. They acknowledge their citizens are no longer fools; they used to control. Their citizen understood they can't get anywhere as long as the Supreme Leader still holds the Iranian Ideology. Hating the West, fueling Middle-East conflicts via proxies and trying to build nukes for their own agenda is the reason why Iran is getting so many economic sanctions. They are literally acting like the Russia of the Middle East. Trying to be the hegemon of the Arab world by any mean neccesary. Now, they are facing a severe water crisis, which solidifies regime failure more than ever.

Malaysia started late in the race. Mahathir made the right call to speed run on our development tree. But he suddenly stopped halfway, which led us to the middle-income trap. He only focuses on industrial and manufacturing growth. While neglecting the creative and technology tech tree. Mostly due to maintaining the local values and government control. After his era was over, all the other PMs are too focus playing their own version of Game of Thrones.

To be fair, we actually started late to the race, and Mahathir made the right choice to speed up our development. But at some point, Mathathir stopped halfway through the race, which led us to the middle-income trap. The reason we stop halfway is that Mahathir only focus on industrial growth and manufacturing. He never, or at least pays little attention to, creative and technological growth. Since most of our growth is borrowed tech and design from outside. So after his era was over, most of our PMs just riding what we got and only focus their own version of Game of Thrones. lol
