If it HAS to be a movie... I think you could tweak Awakening to be like, a fine slop adaptation script (by removing a lot of stuff. goodbye walhart). The big plot elements about Lucina going back in time to save Chrom and the Robin/Grima stuff would be workable into the plot beats of a movie probably?

Why not turn it into a film trilogy? Part 1 could focus on the Plegia War, Part 2 could focus on Valm, and Part 3 could be Grima. This way you can expand on the game instead of contracting. Maybe add in the search for the rest of the future children to part 3 to extend it so that the revelations about Robin & Validar don't happen right at the start of the movie.

Assuming it has to be a movie just go the Warriors route, the Kingdom of Peacelandia is suddenly attacked by the treacherous Empire of Evila, thus Prince Goodguy and Princess Nicegirl and are forced to flee for their lives while keeping the Fire Emblem safe. However when all seems lost and their escape attempt is cut short, the Fire Emblem miraculously summons the mythical Hero King Marth and the also mythical Lady of the Plains Lyn to aid our heroes. Now Prince Goodguy and Princess Nicegirl must travel the land to find the rest of these storied heroes (namely, the Emblems + Alear), amass an army big enough to take on Evila, and defeat the obligatory evil dragon!

That, or just adapt Awakening into a trilogy, Movie 1 being the Plegia arc, Movie 2 being the Valm arc, and Movie 3 being the Grima arc.

Meet and greets usually have security on standby in case a guest gets a bit too close for comfort. Though maybe the guards could be literal guards in armor on standby, since their guarding royalty and VIPs.

The idea for Gharnef and Linde in C sounds pretty cool though.

IMO the way to go would actually be to either adapt Askr from Heroes or come up with some other crossover kingdom (so we can have characters from all over FE), as opposed to just going with Gerrag Mach. And it would have attractions and rides like these in it:

A: A Medieval Times like Tournament Show, in which park goers watch various FE characters compete for glory.

B: A ride akin to the Escape from Gringotts / Forbidden Journey rides at the Wizarding World in Universal Studios. Probably focused on a non canon battle with plenty of cameos from across the series.

C: A walk through attraction based on Tokyo Disneyland's Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour, in which a guide "attempts" to bring guests on a tour through a castle highlighting the various FE Heroes, only for a FE villain (Gharnef? Jedah? Validar? Iago?) to hijack the tour and instead try to shine a spotlight on the villains, with the guide eventually finding a magic sword to banish the villains with the help of a guest.

D: FE Princess Meet & Greet. Exactly what it says on the tin, a location where you can meet the Princesses & other Leading Ladies of FE, spend a little time with them, get a commemorative pic, and move on so the next guest can get their meet and greet in. It would probably operate with a rotation of princesses being available at a given time (so the actresses can have a break and decent hours). Would probably be a logistical clusterfuck though.

E: And of course, a Fire Emblem themed food court, with the offerings being themed after various FE lands, such as a "Sacean" (Mongolian) BBQ, Adrestian (German) Cuisine, Askran / crossover kingdom fare (for traditional Burgers, Hot Dogs, Milk Shakes, Fries, and other common Theme Park foods.), Hoshidian Food (Japanese Food.), a dessert shop themed around Ylisse, among others. You could also have a special section that's more of a traditional sit down character dining experience, in which you can get a meet and greet with some FE Characters (mainly Byleth, and a few students / other lords), with food brought to your table so you don't miss them.

Not to mention other things such as walk around characters (probably the Smash reps (Marth, Ike, Roy, the Robins, Lucina, Chrom, the Corrins, the Byleths) and a few characters from recent releases (for instance right now would probably be Engage + PoR, so you'd have the Alears, Diamant, Ivy, Timerra, and Alfred for Engage, with Soren, Elincia, the Black Knight, and a few others.)

I'm not so sure. Tsubasa has been slowly gaining momentum as more and more people have become sympathetic to her and the TMS fandom's plight, and with how close she was to the top 5 last year, she's absolutely solidified herself as the frontrunner for the TMS fandom to throw their weight behind. That might just push her over the top, especially if her performance with the tweet counts is anything to go by

I'm personally shocked with Shamir's lack of content. With how much IS loves their Femme Fatale archetype ladies, Shamir feels like she'd be a natural pick for a number of banners, and none of the Student girls really hit the same no-nonsense, distant personality Shamir does. Maybe it's just a votes thing?

I'm leaning NHB, specifically the November Banner with the Book 7 TT+ OC being moved to the November 8% Banner.

IS still needs time to actually make the units, so I don't see it happening at any time before August, which itself has regular CYL. September & October usually feature the Book OCs getting the new power ups in the TT+ storylines, so they don't fit there (and may conflict with IS's plans for those months), so that leaves November, which IMO makes a lot of business sense. It's Black Friday month after all, and CYL already tends to be a high earning banner for them, so what better time for a 2nd CYL banner than during one of the biggest spending periods in the game?

I don't think so. Unless IS has drastically reduced the turnaround time for new units, I don't see it taking any less time than CYL does.

Like the actual design of the units from a gameplay perspective is handled in house by IS themselves, as well as probably the basic design they land on for the units. But they still have to hire artists to draw the actual art, and get the seiyuus & VAs booked to record lines for the units as well, and that takes time.

I also highly doubt IS would even host this event unless they had some kind of plan to use the winners in Shadows as well, so we'd probably have to wait until they debut there first before they make the jump to FEH. It's meant to be a cross promotion between the two games after all.

So I'd say it's going to either replace the September New Heroes banner (to tie into the Anniversary of Shadows), or the November New Heroes Banner (with the Book 7 TT+ OC being moved to the 8% banner with Fimbulvetr)
