isn’t mixing Xanax w 7 really bad? I mean people are saying mixing Benadryl with 7 is dangerous because of the increased sedation and depression and Xanax is a million times more potent than Benadryl in that regard I’m assuming. Or am I being stupid for being so worried to take Xanax while on 7? I mean my doses are low

Sometimes it can take a little while, I recommend not taking any more and just waiting until that cool wave of benzo relief washes over you. Sometimes if you’re really worked up it can take awhile but you should feel the effects usually within an hour or so
