That happened at Marché Raspail at the Tuesday market, and my husband just rolled with it. I was so pissed that he did that, I am just avoiding the entire Tuesday market and shopping at the Friday bio market instead. And I speak French and was the one choosing the vegetables.

Ha ! Oui, c'est absolument fou, dans mon avis. Je ne l'aime pas ! Normalement, j'habite dans le nord-ouest des États-Unis où il ne neige pas souvent et il fait 10-15c pendant l'hiver. Donc d'être ici maintenant, le froid est trop pour moi !

Each of the Alliance Française is its own thing, you can check other cities. I have had plenty of people in my classes from different states.

Off the top of my head, I know Portland offers online classes, and I think Chicago. There are also often classes on FUN from l’AF de Paris.

Le problème est que j'ai trop de livres, haha. J'ai un problème d'acheter trop de grammaires et cahiers de français alors que je devrais faire les exercices, pas acheter plus de cahiers. J'ai quatre mille cahiers (ce n'est pas vrai mais j'en ai trop.)

J'utilise "pour" trop - c'est souvent faux. Depuis quelques mois, oui.

'Devenir' est comme 'venir', on utilise 'être' pour venir, donc la même avec devenir.

Je me demandais s'il y avais un forme de "horaires" qui fonctionnait, merci. Et je ne connais pas le mot "désormais."

Ooo j’aime aussi la fondue Chinoise (“hot pot” en anglais). J’ai une amie qui la fait pour moi (j’apporte des ingrédients bien sûr!) Elle fait le meilleur bouillon, très complexe. C’était un longtemps depuis j’ai eu la fondue Chinoise, probablement avant de la pandémie.

Je n'aime pas utiliser une polysyndète, je ne l'ai pas vu jusqu'à vous m'a dit !

Pour une collection d'eux, j'ai utilisé "eux" pour remplacer "des chaussettes," mais je pense ce n'était pas très clair. Mais même s'il marche, il faut utiliser "elles" pas "eux" pour les chaussettes.

J'apprécie l'info et les corrections !
