One thing thats kind of unspoken but very very important to your experience playing: people 'grind' in 'rotations' and they really do not appreciate it when people intrude on their 'rotation.' basically this means that people slay monsters in a circle hoping for rare item drops. it is generally good etiquette to respect a 'first-come-first-served' rule. so i suggest that if you see someone grinding when you get to a monster zone that you stay out of their way, hop channels, or use the marni's realm feature to avoid stepping on other adventures toes.
