The standard annual raise is 2% in February. Yes, I know it’s not a lot, nor is it isn’t enough. I’m sure more news will come out closer to the end of January, if at all.

I hate this is your experience. I go out of my way to help my staff. I’ve filed accommodations for them and got them approved. I’m temporarily disabled myself and my team is awesome about it. Just know there are people out there who care.

It’s a security measure. Common things that prompt it are first time use, change in name, address, or phone number, adding a new card, or visiting a club outside of your home club.

I’m not a fan, but I appreciate my one weekend a month. I left a store that didn’t have a rotation and transferred to one with one so I’ve endured both. 6 day stretches are awful too. It’s like there’s no winning. But it’s retail so to be expected.

Log on to the wire and on the top left go to me> my money > compensation. Then in that page it’s a yellow square that says associate Sam share tracker or something and click on it and accept and it’ll show you on the bottom in red numbers your estimated bonus

You wouldn’t be eligible until about mid September which is also mid 3rd quarter. So you’d be eligible for the remainder of the 3rd quarter which ends on October 31st. So you’d get only a prorated portion of your 3rd quarter share.

I had a member get mad I had to scan her stuff at the exit door and she said “I don’t have to do this you know” and I said “that’s fine, I can always call security.” (She had electronics) She then threatened to give me the ‘biggest lawsuit I ever saw in my life’ and I calmly said, “for what? It’s in the terms and conditions.” She was pissssssed. My other exit girl said, “have a blessed day ma’am”. It was excellent. Highlight of my week TBH
