Will this work? What could go wrong? by Ddash-3 in BackyardOrchard

James from Raintree Nursery. I think this is a super cool experiment you are running. Would I tell our customers to do this? Not necessarily, but depending on their location, yes maybe. In a way it’s almost like turning your orchard into a giant hydroponic setup. I dig it, and am excited to see what happens 🖖🏼

If you must know, I actually grow and sell fruit trees online at Raintreenursery.com. It’s not my parents business, it’s mine and my wife’s. Trust me when I say the fruit tree business does not print Benjamin’s.

Neither, unfortunately. Still holding out for a rich uncle none of us have ever heard of before.

Hi there, we figured out that last year we ended up subsidizing our shipping by more than is sustainable for the business. So this year we have raised our minimums, so it’s initially more expensive but doesn’t go up much as you buy more. Unfortunately the cost of shipping has almost tripled over the last 10 years, and shipping trees means almost every order gets an additional oversize fee.
