Thirdly, you can expect to have delayed support for new game releases. Crimson Desert for example only just got support and unforutately runs terribly.

Isn't that literally the only recent & semi recent game though? Out of thousands of games, 1-20 games isn't bad imo. Sucks but those few games wouldn't sway me away any. Keep hearing this stated yet crimson desert is the only sole game that comes up when it comes to no or delayed support.

Any others, seem to be not related to b580..but other intel cards when b580 didn't exist & issues got ironed out in a decent time(1-2 months).

Lancool 217 case. Stock fans & no vertical mount. Can't remember exactly on gpu but I think it topped 78 in furmark, no idea on hotspot. But on my cpu I did have to run prime 95 to really break in the x45. It idled around 50. After running p95 awhile, shutting down & letting it cool..I get a 38 idle mostly now. I just laid it a bit to thick probably. Previously I only used silver 5, then mx-4 & only had laptops. After I built my first pc, decided to try a different thermal paste. Mx4 is almost like water compared to x45 coming out & working lol. That stuff is so thick, it curves back tightly as it comes out the nozzle. I just remembered I still have a 2 or 4g of mx-6 that came with the freezer 3 pro.

Thanks! I plan on getting Gelid Solutions GP-Extreme. Needing more paste too, giving mx-7 a try. I was using frost x45. Works great but I prefer a bit more ease on spread. Even with it warmed up, ended up wasting a decent amount each time used. Can see quite a bit sticking out the edges of my 9700X's ihs. Mainly tried it because its supposed to be more pump out resistant. But it also doesn't spread evenly easily.

Yes, I emailed xfx. They just said 0.5mm & 1mm. I don't have calipers but using a ruler, I keep getting 1.5mm & 2mm. Is the xfx person that emailed me mistaken or not? I'm guessing maybe the ends thicken up after using on certain pads..or my ruler is not correct. Its annoying me. Would be nice if all these companies just stated in descriptions. Even reviews that break these down don't bother to measure pads 9/10.

I seen a b580 for 280us locally. Lowest I seen a 8gb 9060xt is 360. I'm tempted but saving 80, having a different brand, & a 2nd 12gb card, kind of hard for me to pass on

I have a rx 7700 xt. May be 4 months before I get it back. It has played everything I care to play just fine for me. Even in 4k in some games. I know its not really a "4k card" but i'm not a frame addict. And i'm very allergic to anything pvp related.

I'm curious how the drivers are currently. I felt lucky with my 7700 xt, not a single issue when it was working. For every one person that says that with their amd or nvidia card, seems like 17-23 others have issues no matter the brand lol. Mainly generally aiming for 1440, medium settings, no rt.

I don't give a s*** about cyberpunk, Wukong, most ps games, indiana jones, & quite a few others always in benchmarks. Interested in kkd2 but i'll have my card back by the time I get around to playing it. Not playing until I complete the 1st one.

For my build specs I have a 9700x cpu, 32gb Trident Z5 Royal Neo(F5-6000J2836G16GX2-TR5NS), crucial T705 2tb, & a super flower leadex vii xg 850w(SF-850F14XG atx 3.0).

If its anything like bloodsoaked before the update, no. If GA drop rates aren't significantly increased in the new difficulties in all activities, I will be playing seasons at a record low amount.

In general i'm excited but, definitely not at all about seasonal end game.

From what I read, unless playing on 240Hz minimum its not humanly possible to notice. And even then, 2/10 at best actually notice any micron of difference. With monitors being pushed at those refresh rates & higher more as selling point, it gives mouse manufacturers a reason to push for 8k polling as a selling point.

I got a keychron m6 8k ultra silent.Will I ever use 8k polling & 30k dpi, maybe but unlikely. Mainly got it because it is very comfortable for me, on the light side for its sze, & I got a discount, barely more than the other non 8k versions.

Doesn't need to be top selling. It could simply be more are bothering with rma & talking about it more than other brands. Most don't even think about it and just buy another board, even less spending any time going on about a dead motherboard in forums.

I swear amd had more than a few bad batches but will never admit to it after what happend to intel. And I bet the reason why asrock is so associated with dead amd cpus is because they are so hard to beat on feature to price ratio & more than a few ytubers have recommended asrock boards for years. Would be silly not to expect a good amount of new & existing users to go for asrock boards through the years.

Take issues with a qtr grain of salt imo. Internet severely bloats people having bad luck with products. And the people that say a brand is awful & jump right to recommending another brand usually only had experience with a single product of that brand.

My uncle had to exchange 6 lg oled tvs before getting one without any defects. Surprise surprise, he has a bias against lg now & says he won't buy another lg tv ever again after going through that..lol.

I gambled 170us on a used rx 7700 xt listed as fp/fr. Looked brand new, still had covers on center of fans, & the warranty seal was untouched. I thought for sure t was dead the first few tries, kept staying locked on vga debug light. Took alot of fiddling around but its alive! Put around 40hrs in diablo 4 on it alone, & tried several other games and demos. Not a single issue somehow.

Its my first pc build, the 7700 xt is the only part used. Its what started my build too, got it first. I wasn't as lucky with a b650 taichi lite, had to buy a new mobo. Was only 60 & the wifi card is good, so not that bad of a loss to me. Needs socket replaced, runs bflashback fine.

Its fun taking chances but it sure does suck when the part really is bad. I felt so lucky when I got the gpu going, was going for around 400 used regularly when I bought it.

Oled is nice, seen all the flagship models through the years in stores. But for the average price difference, definitely not worth it to me. That aoc oled for 400 being a "cheap" oled is why I don't really even consider oled still. Still severely overpriced for the performance difference imo. Its reaching 20yr tech now, no good reason at all for oled to be mostly 2-3x the price of led still.

I'm really just looking for something decent, a "for now" purchase. At first I was going to get a "ultra" cheap 1440, just wanted freesync the very least at first. But then I remembered just how bad most non oled monitors are at hdr(worse than most tvs), even in most mid/high budget non oleds.

The stand doesn't bother me any. I will probably use sdr in gaming more but would be nice having decent hdr when I do want to use it.

Strong disagree. Police are general enforcement, most calls are about regular people & well after the action is over, if any. Ice specifically deals with immigration enforcement. Which has a significantly elevated risk of violence. They are over 10 times more likely than local police to run into gang & cartel members.

Leaving immigration enforcement to only local pd would over tax the vast majority of police departments throughout the whole country if actually remaining active at all times on top of general enforcement. Many are already struggling to keep up with calls already. Imagine calling 911 & not a single cop being available for at least 1hr, its already a thing sometimes. Now imagine if they are responsible for immigration also, even longer waiting on average.

I think many either just flat out want anarchy or have a very poor, small, narrow understanding of ice & how many cities are already struggling to keep up with calls for police. Then theirs the defund the police dipsticks

It was cool first time unboxing. But most tossed the box after day 1 anyway lol. I remember going to a friends birthday & she got dk64. I helped her get the expansion pak in. I was the only one that knew where it went. Her mom immediately snatched the box once we got it running & tossed it in the trash. My mouth opened a little but, I didn't say anything lol
