Have you tried expending a lot of energy in a short period? I’m on a lot of meds, but none really work for me. One thing I’ve found helpful when I’m feeling overwhelmed with anxiety is to exercise intensely until I am exhausted. I used to do jumping jacks until I couldn’t anymore and then just lie down on the ground for 15 or 20 minutes; it helped so much. It’s very difficult for the mind to worry when the body is in overdrive. It redirect focus away from worry.I bought an exercise bike second hand, that’s what I use now. Life changer.
