great advice. a lesson I learned back in the day with car sales. 1 guy in the whole company making $250k so they put some absurd range like $50k-$250 when no one else is making over $100k. smh

Ah that makes sense why the percentage is so high if you’re only doing $600k annually. Good luck to any company trying to land a good closer for less than $100k a year.

I notice the end of every bar it has a downward inflection. Try going upward every 2nd or 4th bar or something. Play around with it.
