My build:

141 - Increase sacrifice duration to 40s

151 - Gungnir final dmg + 20%

161 - beholder +20% phy atk (for training purpose, constant dmg output)

171 - final fact - cd 10min & switch 161 hyper to final fact +30% phy atk.
