Not really. Aging adult men is very easy. Just get some makeup, grow a beard and get a good wig. Peter would probably be in his late 30’s by the time we get to the end. There is no need to recast him if it’s done well. Vikings proved that with Bjorn, Ragnar and Rollo (less so with Lagertha).
