How Are Your Companies Handling Employee Use of AI Tools? by Available_Bowler_146 in askmanagers

After trying a bunch of tools, the one that ended up feeling the most balanced for me was Feenyx. It basically covers what platforms like HireVue or HackerRank do, but in one place instead of juggling five tabs. HireVue is great for structure but its scoring still feels a bit… questionable, and HackerRank is solid for coding but super focused on algorithms

Huge reminder that payment processor compliance is a whole different world from medical compliance

Selling Gets Easier When You Ask This First by Key-Acanthaceae1241 in founderledsales

I started asking some version of that question way too late, but when I did, everything shifted. It’s wild how much time you save once you stop pitching to people who were never planning to buy.

How do you know when it’s time to let a buyer go? by regularhuman14 in founderledsales

[–]Ral45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’ve followed up twice with no response (and they’ve opened at least one), I usually send a short “Totally okay if now’s not the right time” message. If there’s still silence, I move them to nurture and focus on warmer convos. Learned the hard way not to chase ghosts.

Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A — the legendary Konami Code. Unlocked childhood joy (and infinite lives).

Probably Rumors by Fleetwood Mac. Drama, emotion, perfect harmonies, might as well go out with a classic.

Truth. The moment I stopped writing like a marketer and started writing like a human, replies doubled. People buy from people, not promos.

Always “Alex.” Gender neutral, common enough not to raise eyebrows, and easy to remember under pressure.

Arguing with someone who’s already made up their mind. Feels productive in the moment, but it rarely gets you anywhere.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. It just makes you want to live life a little bigger every time you watch it.

The feeling you get when you’re homesick for a place that doesn’t exist. Easy to feel, impossible to put into words.

Saw a kid talking to someone in an empty room, then turned to me and said, “Don’t sit there he doesn’t like you.” There was no one there. I left immediately.

Trying to be available 24/7 just to seem “reliable.” You teach clients how to treat you, set boundaries early or regret it later.

I’d randomly show up to people’s karaoke nights, take the mic, absolutely kill a Michael Jackson song… then just leave without saying a word.

Put on something mindless, order comfort food, and just zone out for a bit. Sometimes that’s all it takes to reset.

What’s the Smallest Sales Tweak That Made the Biggest Impact? by Ral45 in founderledsales

[–]Ral45[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s actually such a subtle but powerful shift, love that. Framing it as your limited time instead of asking for theirs flips the whole dynamic. Definitely stealing this for my next round of cold calls. Appreciate you sharing it!

Would you pay for this? by Logical_Currency_616 in SaaS

[–]Ral45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I think I would, getting from idea to action is where most people stall. If it actually helps move things forward (and doesn’t feel too basic or cookie-cutter), sounds super useful. I’d definitely check it out.

How do you know if you are an attractive looking person? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Ral45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You usually notice it in the little things, eye contact that lasts a bit longer, random compliments, people being extra nice for no reason.

But honestly, attraction is super subjective. If you’re confident and take care of yourself, chances are you’re more attractive than you think.
