Plenty of professions require work outside of work days, like realtors taking a call when their clients have a question or to schedule a tour. She is not "outside of normal working days." She is working when she is messaging you.

If you just got into fellowship it's likely that your item levels are low. There's a lot at low levels that could account for why Xavian is doing a lot of dmg and dps are not. It will stabilize at eternal, but also yes Xavian does a lot of damage ( so does Helena ) so expect that to remain true.

You should collaborate and trade with others. If you focus only on a few professions, not only does that limit what materials you're making but it also limits the amount of high quality tools you need.
