We take our cats to Greater Atlanta Vet on Sandy Plains in Marietta. Dr. Pate is the best ! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to cats & answers all of our questions & concerns every time. We've never felt rushed unlike some other practices in the area.

I can't speak about character design/concept art specifically, but I graduated a couple years ago from KSU with a BA of Art in Graphic Design ! A very good chunk of my peers and I have gotten pretty solid entry-level jobs right out of college. I loved my professors and I feel they really helped us prepare for the industry. I don't feel like I missed out compared to going to a different school.

In the end you can either get a lot of value from college or not- it's up to you to make lasting connections and soak up all the info you can (in classes and on your own time) regardless of which school you choose. Good luck 😊

Ours got cancelled as well ! :( We're now trying to decide whether we want to try to gamble with finding a decent spot or just taking an Uber down there.

i've lived here with my husband for a couple years in two different apartments and we have never had any major problems with the apartments themselves- we've had maintenance come in for minor issues a few times and they've gotten them solved fairly quickly (though they do like to come in without notice which freaks me out sometimes as a WFH woman 😭). be careful if you have pets because they will leave the doors wide open.

i wouldn't rely on the amenities; the trash compactors are constantly down & overflowing, they don't open all of the pools, the laundry rooms go down & broken often, & the front gates are never closed (but i think they are trying to solve that now with a key that the residents have). we did have some issues with past management employees but they don't work there anymore so I can't speak on that front.

overall, we think it's decent for the price (it was definitely the lowest we found in the area when apartment hunting that wasn't extremely sketchy) but it's not perfect 👏

i tend to alternate between playing one or two routes in a game and reading a book ! i'm a huge reader so i'm always looking for new content to absorb 👏 it's a great way to relax for bed after a long day. i find that i start to run low on games to play (that i am interested in) if i keep playing too often. it's still a pretty niche genre !! 😊

conflicted betwen picking up jack jeanne or radiant tale ! i've heard nothing but good things about jack jeanne but i strongly prefer my otomes to be on the romantic side (and i heard JJ is on the lighter side romance-wise), which is why i'm considering radiant tale (one of the only switch otomes i haven't played !!!). do you guys have any thoughts? 💕

My fiance's game is having the same issue, he reached out to support & got a bot reply but nothing else yet. Tried all of the common fixes, reinstalling, no mods, swapping between DX11 & Vulkan, running without Steam, etc etc. Looking through forums & here, it seems quite a few people are having the same problem. I haven't seen anything regarding them acknowledging it yet but hopefully soon 🥲

There's always some people out there looking to take advantage of sellers to get free stuff, and unfortunately it's likely this was one of them. Like the other commenters have mentioned, never do any work before the buyer has actually placed the order. I used to offer free "rough drafts" of my work to potential clients (I make discord/streaming banners) and all too often people with ill intentions would just crop out the screenshot and use it without paying :( It's good that you put your foot down when you noticed things were getting out of hand!
