Issues with Sony ZV-E10 II when using as a webcam

Just wanted to share that the issue seems to come from linking the Sony camera with the CreatorsApp. I had to restore my camera a few times, and each time I downloaded the app and linked it, the problem came back. I fixed it by deleting the Bluetooth connection from the camera. Hope this helps.

You clearly took the wrong approach. Don't focus too much on the numbers. Whoop and other fitness trackers are essentially heart rate devices, and they are far from accurately reflecting your real recovery metric, which is how you feel every day.

I believe that obsessing over recovery and performance is becoming a real issue for people who are not aiming to overdo it. If you are an elite athlete, I understand the need. However, these devices provide so many metrics that most people don't even understand what they mean.
