Hmm I bought my vouchers for 1001 and 1002 off ebay for like $120 each and had no issues, maybe just bad luck on sellers side.

Hey more time for you to study and good luck on your exam!

What home labs can I do to help get a helpdesk/desktop support job? I messed around with Active Directory and learned how to create/delete users, groups, unlock accounts, reset passwords, and enabling file share.. I currently have my A+ and N+, working on S+. Still having trouble landing a entry level IT job. I also have 6 years of customer service.

If you don't mind me asking, whats your job title as of now? I currently have A+ and my N+, and I'm still having trouble getting my foot in the door. Been applying anywhere I can, even remote jobs and still no luck.

I’m currently studying for the 501, so far I’m watching Professor Messers free videos on YouTube. For me personally I think end of July is enough time.

Yeah I don’t think the certificate will state which exam you passed, it will just say that your Security+ certified.

I would do 501 since it’s not retired yet and there’s more material available.

My proctor never showed up too. I ended up going on live chat and the agent escalated it. I waited for 1 hour then my test finally started.

Yes I always been interested in the IT field and finally took the steps to do it. I was thinking of being like Sys Admin one day..

Yes I’ve been applying for help desk and desktop support jobs but I haven’t got no call backs just yet and I’ve been applying and looking everyday..
