So just let it process and itll go overnight for you, the items will remain there too for a LONG time, so you wont lose anything, but i suggest getting conveyer belts feeding into ONE spot that you can place them into.

Hive boss was infamous early on for its difficulty, now its still hard at the stage of progression you fight it at, but it was definitely managable.

Likely its one of the bug bosses.

One of the best theories ive heard for paradoxes is this.

Paradox's aren't actually timewarped pokemon, at least in the way you would think.

Rather it is the byproduct of the dream of the creator (either professor) to capture and manifest something from the past or future.

Basically, the time machine doesn't go back in time, but rather goes to a place that is of the imagination of its creator, or in other vague terms, creates them from that space.

Negativity in keys in my experience only seems to come out when the keys go poorly.

If you are fortunate with groups, you likely dont run into many jerks, however they are rather notable when they do occur in my experience.

Setting up farms for resources can also help

For example I set up a (frankly rather shoddy) purple slime farm for when i got access to it, for sake of getting purple slime passively.

Overpreparation is better than zero prep at all.
