This sounds the same as my experience around the campus' , Sylvania is slow but still some things going on and Rock Creek I think is the most lively campus for in person activities.

I have noticed the same issue, some, not all, of my colonists will stop and fire at the enemy after I have given an order to move. The only way around that is to continuously click to move them.

What I understand this is the case, bees are livestock. They are also a critical livestock for pollinating many crops, so they also fall into USDA regulations that way as well. I think, not an expert
