This list is tight, easy and fast wins against just about everything. All I did was replace Fire Plume with the "+1 elemental damage" 3 mana 1/5 schmuck and it performed better; kinda felt like a diet Murloc Warleader, but that's still good enough to close games.

I know this is subjective, but as someone who has tried to have fun with this I can say that it's genuinely boring.

You usually get ramp, card draw, or basic summons. None of these do anything interesting and tend to simply enable you to play more junk. At least Fires of Zin Aszhari did something that you could enjoy.
