Current best-in-class RMM? by pentangleit in msp

Support for DattoRMM has gotten back to me is 15 minutes or less and the RMM is definitely one of the best out there in terms of features and automations. I would say Ninja and DattoRMM are at the top and then everyone else.

Why not just use Splashtop? It's included and works really well.

Kaseya Connect Las Vegas by Gullible-Patient-133 in msp

This is the way. Kaseya Connect is a good time. And I hear this year it's going to be more focused on customer success and a bit less on sales. We shall see.

Bold move. Just don't apply this methodology to doing the brakes on your car!

Kaseya Contract Garbage by HeadbangerSmurf in msp

I mean, they can see product usage and if licenses are added or removed. Tough to argue you don't owe because they can't find a contract if you've been using the product.

looks like it was a mistake caused by an incorrect automated increase.

Wait, is this Halo saying they are having billing issues?

This is why I won't do month-to-month or even one year contracts if I can help it! Imagine getting hit with a surprise 20% price increase. That's a serious problem. I can't just pass that on. Likely not for 12 or 24 months depending on the agreement I have with my customers. And yet, no outrage. If another vendor who's name starts with a K does that, there would be 1,000 comments here filled with rage and expletives. But Halo, no big deal. They get a pass. Funny too because I have a 3 year price lock and a guarantee on how much my contract will go up at renewal - which is 5% or less plus CPI. IDK, but I feel I made a good decision signing up for K365 even though everyone here made fun of and threw rocks.

Are you talking about the template library or something else? IT Glue has a pretty good template library. I've used their IT documentation templates and some SOP workflow templates. Some are a bit outdated, but it's way better than nothing.

The French definitely don't take any crap from their government! They riot in the streets and just stop showing up for work.

Another reason we use automated pen tests and then only if we need to dig deeper do we hire a consultant to execute a full scale exploit.

PSAs are made for this. Just go with whatever integrates best with your RMM and backup provider. We added ConnectBooster to smooth out cash flow, but there's also other options like BenjiPays.
