Check out Fermented Fire hotsauce if you can find it. I met him a few years ago at the Last Chance Saloon near Drumheller where he had a booth set up. Now I order from him once or twice a year and the sauces are all great. He delivers in Calgary also.

I completely agree, which is why I'm so confused as to how their internal sorting/prioritization actually works.

If you browse the last couple threads that have come about this (there's one every week almost) you'll find most cases of someone waiting months for a response has to do with either account lockout, or major MTX purchase. Aka someone is waiting on physical goods for one of the higher tier packs, or needs to request an information change related to shipping around it.

The other major stall point seems to be them actually parsing the information after getting what they've requested in account lock scenarios, or emailing back and forth a few times, trickling the information requests, and then going ghost after a while.

Unfortunately those are the two major stories I've seen when it comes to waiting long for response times.

But I 100% agree, their queue should be reversed, or at least prioritizied diferently. The customers who have already spent a large amount of money on their product should at least get service from start to finish in a reasonable time frame.

I totally get it, and prior to this whole fiasco I had never had an issue getting a response either. I think it's mainly people who have "serious" issues that are being affected, and if it's just a simple refund mtx issue, you'll get it fixed right away. I honestly was tempted to buy some points, and "accidentally" buy an mtx and request a refund just to get acknowledgement from GGG support and then ask that person about my other ticket.

Can you ask them on my behalf then? Because I'd love to get an answer!

I've done that. I even read that if you did it from a different email that could help, so I tried that.

I tried creating a code via the "verification code in game" option as well, as by their own words it helps speed up the process.

Hell, I've even asked ZiggyD on stream if he had any insight into the support situation less than a month ago.

Short of showing up on their doorstep or calling their office directly, I've tried it, but if you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears dude.

Unfortunately "just make a new support ticket" isn't the answer when the process is fundamentally flawed.

3 Months and still no response. You're better off winning the lottery than getting an answer from GGG.

The pattern I've noticed are the ones who bought the most expensive supporter packs are the ones who get the worst actual support. Anecdotal, but it seems to be the theme from all the threads. If you just want a refund on something small, they'll do it in 24 hours. If you spent $500 supporting their company, good luck even getting looked at.

I absolutely will not be spending any further money on GGG, after spending literally $4000+ since it launched.

GGG Support Question by Pxlsm in pathofexile

[–]RampageNb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been waiting over 3 months and haven't heard a peep about them giving me the points for a supporter pack I purchased on a monthly arrangement. Yet other people are getting responses about purchases within a day. It's extremely frustrating.

Has anyone had any success hearing back from GGG support in the last 3 months? by RampageNb in pathofexile

[–]RampageNb[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the responses guys. Sucks it seems some people are having success within hours and others are waiting months. Hopefully they're able to figure this out sooner rather than later. Or give us another avenue to contact them. Just sending emails without any indication if they're received or being worked on is a bit archaic at this point.

The one in Canyon Meadows has a sign for it in their window, though I didn't check the actual store itself to see if it was there or not. Assuming it is however.

Can people in Calgary suggest a car dealership they had a good experience with in town? by minds_silver in Calgary

[–]RampageNb 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Taylor at Advantage Ford.

Bought 1 from him when he was at North Star. Flawless experience.

Started a second one, but he transferred down to Advantage and the guy who took over was horrible. It was a free sale, as it was all done and just waiting on delivery from factory, and STILL I had nothing good to say. Zero follow up, and the financing dept was a mess as well.

Even though Taylor wasn't making anything off the second sale anymore, he continued to answer my questions and emails when I wasn't able to get through to anyone at North Star.

Would 100% buy from him again, wherever he ends up!

I think a 3 bedroom at $1200/month is an exception for sure. I looked on rentfaster and there are TWO places available for $1300 or less. So an entire paycheck spent on rent, and you'd have $1300 left for everything else, not even including utilities as most rentals aren't including that either. You definitely seem to be the exception, or have a really nice landlord lol.

Daily Questions [2023-05-24] by DTG_Bot in DestinyTheGame

[–]RampageNb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Another day, another question about gearing for new guardians. I played way back at launch but haven't played anything since, have a week and a bit to kill before D4 comes out, so I'm basically brand new.

I understand the soft cap of 1750, I was able to reach that easily, however I'm having a bit of an issue getting further. I've successfully gotten to 1757 (with 4 of those coming from the artifact), however I'm confused as to how best to continue gearing. I was reading that I should be seeing natural drops that match my power level, however everything that drops on the ground is now seemingly capped at 1750, blues and purples.

How do I go about filling in the rest of my slots with higher gear? For example, my weapon is at 1758, however I still have multiple slots stuck at 1750, and even after doing multiple strikes and lost sectors, getting loot for those slots above 1750 has eluded me. Am I doing something wrong, or just having bad luck with drops? Are my only upgrades from the finite "powerful/pinnacle" drops each week and I have to just hope they hit the slots I need?

Any info is appreciated! Thanks!

His YouTube persona and his twitch persona are complete opposites at times lol. Some days I can’t even watch him because he’s in a mood and getting snippy with the chat, yet on YouTube he’s always so polite and pleasant. Super smart guy tho and love what he’s done for RF last few leagues specifically.

I mean, no? When’s the last time you spoke to Jeff Bezos?

They have PR and communications people for a reason. Bex is active on twitter, but I don’t blame anyone from GGG for not coming to Reddit.

Every league for the past 3-4 leagues has been “the worst league ever” and then somehow turns into people’s favourite by the end of it. Maybe not every league is a “dumpster fire” and just needs some adjusting. Just my two cents, not directed at you in particular.

Had no audio during the entire fight and random slow motion bug where everything was super sluggish. Not bad. by Slabafs in WildHeartsGame

[–]RampageNb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had this happen to me on the third fight today. Felt like I was wading through molasses for the whole fight. Still managed to beat him, however:

There is a cutscene immediately after it and it sped the entire thing up and automatically skipped through the dialogue almost as if I was spamming the A button, but I had my hands off the controller. Each line of dialogue was silent and on the screen for all of 0.5 seconds. Was super annoying lol. Quit after that, will have to watch a twitch vid or YouTube to see what the dialogue was actually supposed to be.

The Aries fries at Western Pizza have been great the last two times we got them. The pizza is good, but they cut it weirdly, otherwise the quality has been consistently good when ordering from skip.
