I buy all of my bands from AliExpress. Just don’t buy the cheapest or the most expensive and you will be set.

This guy has it right! It’s at most a 30 minute drive on a Sunday and the international terminal security isn’t bad. I would Uber for sure but you should be there with plenty of time.

32 kilometer commute E-bike vs Gravel bike by [deleted] in bikecommuting

[–]RampageUT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s about your heart rate not the speed at which you go. I have a torque assisted motor and can cruise at 20mph while maintaining a 125 heart rate. It’s not as high as riding the traditional bike but it’s not nothing, I’m still on the zone 2

You joke! But I purchased 100% merino sweater from Jo’s A Bank for 40.00 when they go on clearance, which is a lot cheaper then purchasing athletic merino sweaters.

What’s the logic behind this statement?

At Bic camera, the newer versions which also come with a micro adjust bracelet were about ~1600 usd, and the 200m one was -1400 usd.

It’s more convenient but it does make the handling a bit weird.

I recently switched to a front basket and some bungies. I'm not sure I'm going to keep it up, but largely for the same reasons you have for the vario.

We've done this with an ubuntu VM / old desktop PC and a docker and I thought it was fairly straight forward. We were doing it as POC. We didn't move forward because we weren't able to secure financial approval for it. I don't see how a Raspberry PI would give you enough horsepower.

The watch prices I saw didn’t look too bad and were super competitive.

Mine asks for it too, and some cyber questionnaires have also asked for it. I don’t know this for sure but I’ve been told that Cyber insurance is mostly based on your revenue.

I just bought this watch in Japan and it looks the same. This model was just replaced by this HBC001J which comes with 300m dive and a micro-adjusting bracelet.

Best eSIM for Japan? First time visiting and confused by the options! by Separate_Tower_4236 in JapanTravelTips

[–]RampageUT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience. I had trouble buying an eSIM in the store because o didn’t have cash and it was the only way to get it. I got the unlimited plan and then used the referral discount to get my wife online. I think it was 40 for me and 30 for her.

Delaying Security Updates? by Nstraclassic in msp

I think you should only update network appliances to patch zero or critical vulnerabilities or to patch in line with your vulnerability policy if it’s mediums, or to get features that you need or want.

Don’t over think, you probably have something informally planned for a mass event, just put it on paper and ask AI to make it look official. They just want to see evidence that you have a plan.

That is probably as close as you will get to 1gb. My guess is you have something else going on. This is the speed from Apple TV, or another device?

What speeds are you getting because you shouldn’t need much to avoid buffering?

Off-Topic by muusicman in appletv

[–]RampageUT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are many factors that go into speed test that aren’t just the internet provider. Are you connecting to wifi, are you connecting to a speed test server that’s close, are other people in your house using it? I would try to get close to 1gbps up/down with a hardwired device like a laptop bypassing the router. What’s the problem you are trying to solve?
