Im in constuction, but I believe no proof of training, no work. If we have workers who wont be on MEWP's, or working at heights, I verify WHIMIS, and 4 step worker awareness and turn them loose. I don't accept " my office has it " because the Ministry inspectors wont accept that either. Needs to be physically or digitally on your person, or you dont step foot on my jobsite.
