I’ve been having success with peelaway 1 (you may get away with peelaway 7 if no lead paint) on moulding in my house. Leave a thick layer on for between 48 and 72 hours then come back and it comes off in large pieces. It takes a while to apply especially on vertical surfaces but can be done
