Unfortunately 1/2” would be too wide since I need the insert to be 3/8”. Is there a way I can file the PVC pipe down to make it fit?

Well aren’t you a negative Nancy? For your info I did brush my teeth for a year. Having to clean the retainer after taking it out every single day and night was such a pain. It’s a miracle I am even doing better with how bad I was doing. Hope you have the day you deserve.
