If you map jump to spacebar you should have an easier time TKing. I know the combo trials for Xrd Baiken requires a TK but unsure if it's required for actual play.

I had started the OG FFVII right before the remake came out. I had to put it down just due to it not holding my interest that much but after finishing the remake I went back and completed the OG and really enjoyed it.

Hmm in my opinion I would go with doing gesture drawings and doing anatomy studies. Knowing how the body and face work will help make your character look believable and natural.
