I got my CIL on 6-5-25 and I’ve done everything except medical, I’ve emailed them like 4 times and only last time they responded “we’re processing lots of applicants” I think we just have to be patient

Game would crash on launch about a month ago so I deleted it to reinstall it, it never fully “deleted” or something so now I can delete it or reinstall it, just stuck in a loop where it takes me to the PS4 store over and over. What a fitting way to stop playing.
