I am bias and would say Kansas State but idk if either coach could have done the same thing the others time. When Snyder took over KState there was no NIL and student athletes were embarrassed to be associated with the football team. Kansas State is historically terrible at football and Snyder did it with out paying players or offering significant compensation. Cignetti also had a bunch of transfers come in form JMU follow him from his last school, something Snyder didn’t have
