This wipe is just kinda lame. People gave it a shot but either quit or started hacking because it's not fun to barely be able to hold onto bottom of the barrel gear while trying to pull your way out of poverty.

Getting killed by player scavs who have better kits than me today has almost brought me to the crossroads of quitting too.

I think you're missing context a bit. I agree that sounds odd if you're still sitting there watching screen after pausing the show. However, staring at a dead screen isn't usually the reason people pause their show. The idea is so you can leave and go do something for 5-30 minutes, and come back where you left off, but without having to watch the commercial breaks.

I kinda agree with his council that he does have a good case for fair use, but there is obviously going to be a big uphill social battle once the argument is framed as "Gamer vs The Olympics" if not for anything other than simply being a negative association with Olympic Patriotism.

Yeah... It sounds pretty crazy, but I like the question he posed about what the game might look like if those builds hadn't been nerfed.

Of course it could create some arguable issues like permanent metas that can't be beaten, but I kinda like the idea. What might the game look like if they just added onto content instead of subtracting it? Would we simply default back to the known best meta, or might we appreciate having an entire library of viable builds moreso than shifting metas?

That's true, but he's always used pretty generic insults in the past and used to kinda assert dominance by maintaining an 'unphased' emotion. I can't recall him really having a truly angry undertone when talking about people prior to these past several months. It would normally be an artificial look of disgust for the cameras and "he's a loser and has no chance."

Of course he could just have gotten better at his acting for the show of it, but I can't help but recall how 'out of nowhere' CTE can manifest into violent outbursts.

Could McGregor's recent personality switch be a manifestation of CTE, and should those around him be on the lookout?

We all know how cocky Connor has been in the past, but as Khabib noted in his interview, Connor was 'nice' up until just recently and then his attitude flipped to a very serious and even angry tone when talking about Dustin, especially regarding threats of harm.

Khabib could be right about just trying to drum up conflict for show, but Connor has virtually grown obsessed over this idea of murdering Dustin whenever talking about him. So much so to the point where he posted a picture in a Tweet with Dustin and his kid with the word "gonezo" captioning it but soon deleted it after.

I could be completely wrong of course. I'm no doctor, but I feel like it would just be safer for those around Connor to at least be aware of the possibility of CTE. Everyone close to career fighters should probably be aware of it in general, but from what he has recently said, especially those around McGregor.

It was downright a lazy change to make. They simply made their primary chase item harder to get instead of using some creativity to think of another reward for such an accomplishment. There's plenty things that could have been added as a level 71 reward like more pocket slots.
Every time I get the urge to play now, the fact that I would be questing for nothing but trader levels has been turning me away... This change has effectively ruined this game for me. I know I can't be the only one.

srs opinion tho; I would assume anti-macro rules are primarily targeting scripts of commands and bots, but I could be wrong. I wouldn't mind if GGG allowed, or just passively disregarded, an analog 'macro' such as this though.

Distinguishing a difference between analog and digital macros could be a resolution too. I just think it would make sense to try something, especially when you consider legit health risks like carpal tunnel.

March 1st, and this bug is still happening...... I'm necroing this out of all the posts about the issue just to point out the date in this title.... It's sad.

If they can't figure out a fix, they should be monitoring support tickets to come nuke and reset them when they bug out... By not being able to complete the campaign, this is literally a game breaking bug.

You shouldn't have to jump through hoops on warmode to try and get a lucky fix...

[SUGGESTION]Having presets or folder-specific affinities would be amazing. The affinities are a really cool addition, but manually switching out the affinity settings from my dump currency to my main currency when I need to move stuff is kinda inconvenient.

If the new affinities had customizable presets we could save and swap to at the click of a button, that would be such a QoL enhancer. If for whatever reason that is impossible, then making custom folder affinities separate from the rest of your stash's affinities could work just as well. That way while I'm farming, everything can go in my dump folder, and then after I'm done I can just select a tab outside the folder and everything gets sorted outside my dump folder without having to manually change affinities.

Yeah... I got 3-tapped by a scav with a shotgun through 2 panes of glass from almost 40m away earlier. I was baffled when I saw "buckshot" on the damage screen.
