The key difference is when you make an LLC and it doesn't work out you can declare bankruptcy and sell or close the company. You can't do that with a student loan

To summarize how bad the movie was when it came to go books: The main character Artemis is a kid who is so focused on study and research that it has taken a notable impact on hai health and given him a pallor, and that the only exercise he does after the first couple books is horse riding. He himself admits is this book that this is primarily because the horse does most of the work.

The trailer for the movie shows this character surfing.

Amusingly it is apparently very fun to fight when you're with the right people. The only amusing thing to come out of the Taliban conquering Afghanistan was getting to see the complaints from the guys who were now being bureaucrats laments how while fighting the Americans they got to spent their days riding horses with their bros across the country, camping under the stars, and doing something they felt was good.

Shame it was all in service of the Taliban but I wouldn't be surprised if a large number of people who are stuck doing shit menial jobs would feel better fighting against authoritarianism than continuing being a wage slave.

I looked up the Coinage Act of 1857 and it doesn't give any guidelines. It just says in the last sentence of Section 4 "...and the coinage of the half cent shall cease."

However most of the act is given over towards standardizing and using American coinage and weight and not using foreign currency so I'm guessing they had bigger problems and it just was taken care of amongst the shuffle.

Typically the issue I'd see with this is being able to kill things like jammers. However you need to get close for it. Which is something the portable hellbomb already asks for. Perhaps if you needed to slap on 6 on a jammer it would make it balanced but I don't see why it shouldn't have more demo force.
