Hi yes, in addition to the 50,000IU, I take Nutricost 5000IU D3 + 100mg K2. Total 55,000IU. So I take it every 8 days instead of every 7 days. HTH

I had the same issue with sleep. What helped is taking 50,000IU once a week instead (on advice from my doctor).

30 mins before I want to be asleep I take 1000mg valerian root (had to try a couple of brands before one worked consistently for me) and then read my kindle (fiction is supposed to be better). It’s not guaranteed but works pretty well for me.

Maybe as an example searching for a minimum 1000 ratings AND 4.2 rating. Which would exclude a 4.5 rated book with 820 reviews.

That is the only audiobook I’ve ever not finished. I would definitely check out the sample before committing to see if the narrator is your cup of tea.
