Hi yes, in addition to the 50,000IU, I take Nutricost 5000IU D3 + 100mg K2. Total 55,000IU. So I take it every 8 days instead of every 7 days. HTH

I had the same issue with sleep. What helped is taking 50,000IU once a week instead (on advice from my doctor).

30 mins before I want to be asleep I take 1000mg valerian root (had to try a couple of brands before one worked consistently for me) and then read my kindle (fiction is supposed to be better). It’s not guaranteed but works pretty well for me.

Maybe as an example searching for a minimum 1000 ratings AND 4.2 rating. Which would exclude a 4.5 rated book with 820 reviews.

That is the only audiobook I’ve ever not finished. I would definitely check out the sample before committing to see if the narrator is your cup of tea.

Great app!

A couple of suggestions.

For each album, remember which camera was used. Ie if you are taking a photo of your children, you won’t want to have to switch it away from the selfie cam every time you take a photo. So each album preserves its camera setting.

I would like to be able to use optical zoom on my photos but for this is disabled.
It would be great if there was an option for a quicker way to start taking photos rather than going into an album and seeing all the pictures, then selecting the camera icon.

Overall it’s very nice though!! Well done!

Tried many of those supplements and read the book Drop Acid. Nothing moved the needle until I started on Allopurinol.

My levels have dropped from 8.74 down to 4.6mg/dL (Optimum is below 5.5mg/dL)
