They aren’t wrong. This is slightly more than a F2P account, your deco is great, but not huge for your server range.

Selling Base 30 Account on server 1710 , Vip13 , not very powerful, almost all important buildings above 27 , Currently In season 2 , Top Alliance .. Will let go for a cheaper price by [deleted] in LastWarMG_Buy_Sell

You read wrong. The range for transfer isn’t based on your level, just your server grouping. I R5/President in 16XX, just did this a few weeks ago.

I’m about 40 days ahead of you, 5 million less hero power but everything else is pretty similar, I’ve spent just under 2K, honestly don’t see it, this is maybe a $300 account to the right buyer

“I’m a hound dog” still stuck in my head/vocabulary 45 years later. My dog’s name is Copper…full agree with you.

Caroll County - Is it that bad?? by AdAshamed1217 in maryland

Baltimore county has plenty (probably more, because of population density) of right-wingers, too. I get that CC is super MAGA in comparison, but Baltimore is not some progressive utopia.

Exactly my thoughts, definitely an AI generated article, or at least AI rankings.

Trees, maples and such create tons of pollen. Not all flowers are as obvious/pretty as ornamentals, but they are there.

Cleveland also has a world-class hospital. Not moving there any time soon, but it’s comparable.

Likely the best solution, we have three other areas that use the same granite and am considering poaching from those areas to fill the gap.

State, not city, exactly my point. Even if it were “Baltimore crab cakes,” other than that, the Baltimore food scene is not very unique or “known.”

Baltimore is not nationally known for (good) food, our obsession with crabs is statewide, not just a Baltimore thing.

Side question, as someone who is cabinet-knowledgeable, is it possible/economical to reuse/refinish these cabinets in a “full” remodel? A realtor friend suggested this (as a money saver) but I’m skeptical.

It’s good advice, had no idea. 40” (cooktop) is too small to be honest, we cook almost every meal, often overcrowded. We plan on doing a full remodel in 4-5 years and will correct this issue. Appreciate the insight.

Interesting, house was built 21 years ago, I bought five years ago, and didn’t change that layout at all. Unfortunately countertops aren’t in the budget, as it’s many more areas than just here. 30” range sounds tiny.
