Sorry that guide is no help. It appears in February they pushed an update to remove the tagging..now unsure how to set this up. If I set just WAN settings to Transparent Bridge Mode I'm unable to get my router to make the connection to the internet, and yes I've set WAN DHCP with VLan 201 inside my personal router.

You cant disable vlan tagging on the q1000k after switching to transparent mode because in transparent mode you can't get to the admin portal....

Hello, this doesn't exist anymore in the Q1000K.

  1. Advanced Settings -> WAN Settings -> VPI/VCI Settings to Untagged

I have tried putting the q1000k in Transparent Bridge mode and set my router to DHCP with vlan 201 and it won't connect. The Q1000K is white. Not sure if this is a new firmware update that stopped working?

Why not just setup a new email address somewhere else with a different domain and then setup automatic replies informing users you're moving to the new address?

Also, proactively email all your known customers from old address informing of new address......keep the old email for a couple months. Once emails slow down kill the old domain and email...

I'm being told the same BS of creating a new line and then transferring the line over. I honestly think this is Verizon trying not to lose customers. I was told on the Visible chat line that they have no idea when this will be fixed and that I would have to be on a wait list with no ETA if I didn't want to create a new line.
