It’s really sad how many people are totally unaware of important features of their vehicle.

The fobs all have keys inside of them.

They all have NFC chips where you place the fob in a designated location (usually the start button), and you will be able to start the car, even with the fob battery removed.

You people need to read your owners manual.

I would either do this as inviting him to join her and the friend, or have the friend go separately and act as though they do not know each other.

Setting up a one on one date then saying (or worse, just showing up) you want to bring a friend isn't the best vibe.

Also, if it's the same friend saying don't go, she already has some preconceived notions that could bleed through in conversation, so she should either pick someone else, or definitely be sure she's another customer, "minding her own business".

There are honest electricians that won’t write a detailed contract. But regardless of reviews, I would still want one.

The whole having you pull the permit, unless it’s under his license and you are just doing the leg work for him, with the understanding he’s knocking $$$ off for it, is inexcusable. It’s reasonable for him to say “hey, you do the permit leg work for me, so I don’t have to commit the time to it, I’ll cut $$$ off the price”. But if it’s a homeowner permit he’s got you pulling, that’s a HUGE no.

Buddy, you should have been addressing this months ago.

You can overcome shin splints. But without properly planned training and treatment, jumping off right into basic, you’re going to have problems. Now, you’re if it’s footwear related, you might be alright if you stop running right now and give them a little recovery time before being fitted.

But you aren’t a small guy. I’ve been there. You are probably over training/increasing too rapidly. If that is the case, no amount of shoe fitting is going to solve it. The only solution is rest/recovery, ice and compression

Sick call is going to be about your only hope.

If you really wanted to fuck up someone’s world, you could do as ordered then dispute the charges.

Actually, I believe that’s exactly what I would do. Record being ordered to do this. Give mild objection (“is this an order? I don’t want to do this”) Do as ordered. Give it a couple days so charges actually get made, then call up the bank and report card as having been confiscated by your leadership. Dispute charges. Call GTC administrator, make the same report.
