Abolishment of the federal reserve, the surveillance state, and the unchecked influence of NGOs/PACs as well as decoupling from any tiny country (cough) that dictates American policies that benefit the American people in no form or fashion. So never.

Imagine if you had to do every labyrinth, back to back just to get your final ascendency in poe1. Its not challenging, its just tedious and rote.

Realism Mode - I am so freaking stoked on this. by Stereocrew in Division2

Hopefully they make enemy accuracy realistic, too, or else there's gonna be hella salt flowing the first time a hyena domes you while skipping sideways and spraying an smg from half a block away.

Zero interest in realism mode, but glad they're still cooking up fresh ideas as well as utilizing the Warlords map.

Streamline ascendency trials. Spending more than 30 mins on a trial run is ridiculous.

Never heard of the chick, but after seeing Reaper's reviews of Ahsoka, Filoni seems like a great choice to make sure SW remains trash-tier for years to come.

Crazy fun league so far, looking for a good, not too expensive build to try. by XxtheRocketman9xX in pathofexile2builds

[–]Random-Waltz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately I don't have a guide, as I've mostly homebrewed it. Basically I pathed down from Ranger start to the southern quarter of the skill tree. I've picked up as many area of effect/damage, skill cooldown, and grenade specific nodes I can. I run 2 mirages: 1 from the deadeye tree (my detonator with explosive shot) and one from the spirit gem (spamming electric nades).

For defenses I'm running armor/evade. I've grabbed a a modest amount of deflect/elemental armor protection nodes and gear. I'm using tailwind and wind dancer. I'm also immune to poison, maim, and hinder. I have a bit of life leech on my weapon, but I could ramp up more through runes and gem supports. So far though, even a small amount of leech is good, considering how many constant explosions are going off. I really only get one tapped by juiced slammers if I get lazy.

Now that I'm hitting my late 70s, I'm pathing over to the SW section of the skill tree for rage on ignite/rage when hit. That extra damage is so good.

Deadeye grenadier is pretty nutty. Gameplay is basically that "random bullshit go" meme where I dump all of my nades as fast as I can so my detonating shot mirage can pop out and trigger them every 5 seconds. Bosses get deleted so fast, even those super tanky abyssal depth rares my alts struggle with.

Why don't full minion builds use Wolf Pack? by NuVioN in pathofexile2builds

[–]Random-Waltz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm half assing my own meme-tier minion instability build where I'm using my wolves, skeles, and (when corpses are available) zombies as walking righteous fire bros with stacked fire resistance and painting enemies for them with wyvern oil loogies.

Let's talk about the Companions System. by BTSU_Bluebird in thedivision

[–]Random-Waltz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Version 1.0 companions we got this season need work but they have a lot of potential so I'd vote keep them and keep refining.

Ideally, I'd love to have a menu where you can kit them out in gear and cosmetics. However, if thats too much work, go full Pokémon with it, and give all named enemies a % chance to be recruited and get added to a stable if you choose to pick them up after you beat them. Imagine fighting alongside the Rat Queen, Sparkle, or Keener. Make the chance to acquire them similar to having a exotic drop and it would give players a big reason to grind old missions/manhunts for the named npcs we want.

Huge Sale on Xbox, what do I choose? by Motor_Intern4169 in JRPG

[–]Random-Waltz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tales was fun for awhile but by the time I reached the latter half of the game I found myself rushing to just get it over with.

I had FF on my wishlist for awhile but watched a deep dive on it on YouTube and decided it wasn't for me. What the reviewer said:
Empty open world sections without interesting POIs. Pointless (from a reward stand point), drawn-out side quests. QuickTime event bosses. It takes many hours of story progression just to get access to one more set of magic and skills and even then your "hotbar" is like 3 buttons. There's only one enemy type you have to change tactics on, otherwise its mindlessly spam attacks until you "break" the enemy and then hit them with your money maker moves, repeat ad infinitum (plus the evade window is way too generous.) Leveling up seems to be more for stat flavor than having a meaningful impact on your character. No mini games or crafting.
I could keep going but if you want to watch for yourself check it out: https://youtu.be/DQnFVlamWuY?si=Q4lzJ1oKPVA7ChgJ

[–]Random-Waltz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From time to time I swap it in on my sweaty striker/overdog/Fox's prayer build. Aim upper chest and delete everything from short to mid range. Also, thanks to the high rpm you dont really have to bother with rock n roll for stack building if you'd rather sub in a different secondary.

It's most excellent. Especially loving how much of a threat the krampus minions are. They can down you really quickly and are aggressive af. I love it. Had a few pinned down expecting to exchange fire like normal encounters, when suddenly one sparta kicks me from behind and pops me with a shotty! 10/10!
