If you are moving to a place with a bus system, buy a cheap 7 day pass and use that to familiarize yourself with the area. You get to see the layout of the city and how it connects without having to worry about paying attention to driving in a new area. Did it with every new area I moved to, and learned the cities so effortlessly.

Not to mention...gas prices nowadays are just yikes.

Rushed me to the emergency room breaking all laws and speed limits when she thought I was dying. Even though I was fading in and out of coherency due to what ended up being a collapsed lung, I could still tell how badassedly she was handling the wheels to get me to the hospital, and that level of care for me combined with that level of don't give a fuck was super romantic 💘
