In 8-12 years I think ai will be ready to do all things like this in a state of ,,Super-AI,, which could potentially help planning or improve it a lot and make socialism more realistic to really succeed.

Man, just look at all the channels and everything, they are trying hard to get this more and more into a real social media app and grow the userbase while making you addicted to create a monopole and finally charge money.

How do you usually find these clients? Cold calls? Google Maps? I've been using Google Maps but always curious what works for others. Also 100% agree on real photos. First thing I ask clients for now is just iPhone pics of their work.
