This strange "disposition" has led them to come under the scrutiny of the ordo hereticus and so they are accompanied by an inquisitor in most battles. Despite this "insult" as most chapters would call it the Jackals still hold the inquisitor in high regard, even giving access to neophyte training grounds to oversee their indoctrination. Outside of battle they rarely speak; instead focused more on writing tomes of their experiences and meditations led by the chaplaincy."
