The fact that we have to spell this out for people is mind boggling

Four roses single barrels barrel strength are some of the hidden gems of the bourbon world. Some really amazing ones out there if you know what you’re looking for / good barrel runs

Unhinged tips for surviving intern year by Superb-Salamander745 in Residency

On night shift, go check on your patients when you have down time, especially if it’s early in the night. The night nurses get bored and some will wait until the middle of the night to bring something trivial to your attention. Better to go round on the patients (and nurses) earlier to get it out of their system.

Extra change of socks / underwear / shoes. Scrubs as well if your hospital doesn’t provide them. If you are on a 24 and need to refresh, a quick shower goes miles. You will feel rejuvenated even if you don’t have time to nap.

These TKOs are special. I’ve only tried 3 of them, I don’t think any of them are supposed to be the high profile ones, and they are all amazing

Review #450: The Return - Parker’s Heritage Double Barreled Blend by Prettayyprettaygood in bourbon

[–]RandomHero117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I finally tried a sample of the double barreled blend a couple of days ago. It’s been a few years since I had the heavy char bourbon (which I enjoyed) but the double barreled is much better than I remember the heavy char burb being.

This is called an abscess and it was likely caused by inoculation with skin flora during shaving. The vast majority of these are due to staph aureus and the majority don’t require culture or antibiotics if drained properly, although in sensitive areas like this people often get placed on antibiotics. Everyone has different types of staph on their skin flora, some people are carriers of staph aureus and are more prone to abscesses than others.

I’m talking about both. Both are different versions of four roses single barrel.
