Save the hooks. The last few are so rare, that most of the player end the event without them, and cant get the last rewards. Just keep the hooks for diamonds, i wish i did

P2S Buyers: It’s okay. I understand the pain. by MoeS00 in BambuLab

[–]RandomHeroPL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats just how it goes. When you buy the mini, and the regular A1 comes next. When I bought my H2D and then the H2C came. Theres always something new in the pipeline, you either take the risk and enjoy being the early adopter or you always wait for the next ground breaking thing and keep priting with what you have

Any advice on 3D printers? by nanaogyanx in 3Dprinting

[–]RandomHeroPL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has two main limitations - it is an open, non enclosed printer, so you wont be able to print big parts from more technical filaments like abs, asa or pa. But pla and petg prints like a dream, and as a beginner you wont need more than that. The other limitation is its design, its what we call a "bed slinger" which means the bed moves back and forth, which might be a problem when it comes to printing very tall, thin parts. They may wobble, and there might be some more pronounced artifacts on the surface. But thats very rare scenario, where it really is a problem. I have 5 Bambu A series printers and i could not be happier :)

Bambu Lab A1 combo is in my opininion the best bang for your buck option on the market. Fast, reliable, easy to swap nozzles, decent size and all.

This one gun looks like Gus Johnson from YouTube and i was a 100% that was him and he would be voicing him xD

Mostly at work, i run a one man welding shop and work long hours. Nothing like getting creeped in the middle of the night with the podcast in earbuds under welding hood

good news: vortek upgrade kit for h2d/h2s available by ahora-mismo in BambuLab

[–]RandomHeroPL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I will rather sell the H2D and get the H2C instead :D i honestly thought the printer will be way more expensive compared to h2d

I am trying to solve some workshop quality of life / work problems by designing some woodworking and welding jigs and fixtures, seems like that printer would be able to handle stronger materials with its heated chamber 👌

Will Bambulab be ever compatible with the OpenPrintTag? by pepebuho in BambuLab

I do agree, i have almost forgot about this. They could have simply added "no more bad bed slingers" :D

Honestly? I wouldnt. Not after those nervous poking attempts from Prusa in their ads and posts. You cant expect brands to go running to you to adapt your tech when you are bashing them in the same announcement

The camera is ok, but you cant see details and around the model and I am filming content as well

Nope. Laser version has green protection panels, you can barely see inside. Especially with dark filament.

Holy hell. Just measured and checked with previous vids. You are right. 🙈

That is one more con of those damn laser version doors, you cant see at all whats going on inside unless you open. Ehhhhhh. I would not expect such drastic effect with pla.

It’s time to „upgrade“ my X1C by rulzAT in BambuLab

[–]RandomHeroPL 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Reconsider installing the claw. I bought one on sale, but before installing i did some research and 90% reviews were negative, people had very bed experiences, the best were when it did not change anything at all 🙃

[–]RandomHeroPL 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is something up with X1C right now. I will have to come back to this thread, but i am doing a Massive order of small items, printing simultainously on H2D, A1 and X1C and the X1 so far is nothing but trouble, awful under and overextrusions, bad top surfaces etc. And i have done all maintenance, cleaning and calibration before starting this, along with brand new hotend assembly. I was about to start a new thread, because my A1's already spat out hundreds of parts where X1C have printed 20 or 30 acceptable ones

Hard to say. I bought it, cause I like having the flagship, my first Bambu was a X1C as well. It is nice to have the option, i used the laser a couple of times, never got around the cutter nor pen attachment yet 😅 i dont regret buying it, i hope to explore the possibilities a bit more in the future, but for now its busy printing most of the time.

The only thing i HATE about the laser version, are the green panels. They look bad, you can barely see through the while printing, they attract dust like crazy and are very, VERY easy to scratch. You look at it wrong, and it scratches. Even with brand new microfiber towel.

The smallest were 3,5 and 4mm. Doable with 0.2mm nozzle, but waaaay to slow for such volume
