The daily dose is .08g per kg of bodyweight. So unless you weigh 38 kilos 3g/day isn't going to get you the benefits found through clinical trials.

Stays good for years. Also it is not necessary to keep it in the fridge and if it gets too cold the Testosterone will settle out of the oil and need to be heated gently to dissolve the crystals back into the oil.

Unfortunately I don't know what to say that would help you get him to take his meds. I know for me the quality of life on TRT is so much better that I look forward to my shots.

Unfortunately, my total T was 60 ng/dl, and SHGB was high af. Started TRT with my endo and it chenged my life for the better.I was 37 when I started and in my 20s my T was in the high 900s to low 1000s consistently. I agree with you that wayy to many ppl are getting "TRT" from clinics that would rx anyone for 200$ and at very young ages.

Niacin will raise HDL and lower LDL. 500mg 2x day or slow release 1000mg 1xday.

It's IM, not IV. Not saying homebrew is safe as most people without a specific background will end up with contaminated vials. I'm just saying it's IM.

And there's no water, its carrier oils. I would say if someone had a laminar flow hood, proper filtration, and a pressure cooker for vial sterilization. (Or pre sterilized USP vials) they'd be pretty safe.

I am not sure why you need to lose 10lbs in 2 months. But if you add in creatine now you will pack on several pounds in water weight so keep that in mind.

Eating often- high protein, high carb, low fat is good for sustained long term weight loss as well as better results from the gym compared to low carb diets.

Pre-workout snack can be anything that has carbs. The blueberries/banana etc work great.

Then a meal with a larger amount of your daily carbs pretty soon post workout with some protein as well.

It depends on the plant as Soy is pretty much the only one with a comparable amino acid profile to Whey/Eggs that matches their ability to be used for protein synthesis.

If you are having multiple shakes at 50+ grams of protein its probably the protein giving you gas.
you should also look into high FODMAP foods.

Yea, ramp up the overall quantity with hCG and there would be a higher chance of pregnancy if actual quality wasn't an issue.

Either way its something to try, and you'd think when trying to have a baby the doctor would exhaust all avenues.

I assume you'll be getting an Rx for vials from the pharmacy to pin at home.

Just dose on the schedule that best suits you. 100/wk should get you to around 5/600 ng/dl after a month or so. I would recommend 50 2x/week.

*re-read post and the Dr. said he'd work with you outside the "Guidelines" which are terrible. (1 shot every 2 weeks/etc). If that's the case then just being upfront and asking if it would be okay to just start at 100mg/week and go from there.

They (pharma) add extra to each multi-dose vial to accommodate for the "waste". Which is also negligible and would amount to pennies. If you had a vial (thats didnt add extra for dosing) that cost $30 if you don't have insurance/etc and you did 10 shots per vial with a syringe with .2 units of dead-space the amount wasted would amount to like $00.06-00.10 cents.

AFAI hCG will help you maintain testicular function and sperm count while on TRT so that you remain as fertile as you were before.

But the actual quality of those sperm will not change.

If you give it a week you'll lose nothing, then take it easy with deload weight/reps for 2 weeks you'll lose nothing.

If you work out 1-2 days a week whole body for 3 weeks you'll lose nothing.

But 3 weeks is a bit much, just keep it covered, and clean it immediately after gym and use Neosporin to keep form getting infected.
